These terms apply to the information and enquiry features on the Business 360 website.

General information

Website information is general and may be updated. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or confirm acceptance of a project.

Project scope, prices and timelines

Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, prices, payment stages and timelines are confirmed separately in an approved proposal, quotation or agreement. They depend on the final requirement, content, integrations, revisions and third-party dependencies.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, premium assets, app-store accounts, APIs, licences, advertising platforms, payment gateways and other third-party services may have separate charges and terms. Any such requirement will be identified separately.

No unsupported guarantees

Business 360 does not promise specific search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, business growth, security outcomes or uninterrupted third-party service performance unless a separate written commitment explicitly states otherwise.

Intellectual property and client content

Ownership and permitted use of final project work are defined in the separate project agreement. Clients are responsible for supplying content and assets they have the right to use, reviewing accuracy and obtaining necessary permissions. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Acceptable use and liability

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a paid project is governed by its separate agreement.
